Black Card Circle and the Ritz-Carlton Residences are proud to sponsor the Black Card Circle Foundation Black Tie Charity Event supporting the Black Card Circle Foundation Inc., an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization committed to empowering the voiceless in society.
